Prachi Satrawal

Prachi Satrawal is a writer, curator, and educator based in Delhi. Her practice moves across art history, visual culture, urban studies, and arts journalism. She is Assistant Professor at the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, and holds an MA in Arts and Aesthetics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Previously, she worked at the People's Resource Centre, a Delhi-based action research organisation, on urban commons, infrastructure, and grassroots movements, and with the Municipal Corporation of Abohar on the Abohar History Project, producing six community exhibitions that documented the town's urban and social history. She was also a fellow at People, Pandemic and a Place for Performance, led by Siddharth Singh and the India Foundation for the Arts. Her writing on art, culture, and urban life has appeared in The New Indian Express, The Morning Standard, STIR, and Question of Cities.
